You can schedule any home maintenance job — HVAC service, annual inspection, gutter cleaning, electrical checks, plumbing work, landscaping, appliance repair, and more. Every task can have a title, a cost, a date and time, and a smart reminder that notifies you from 5 minutes to 1 week in advance.
🔄 Recurring Tasks — Set It Once
Home maintenance is largely repetitive by nature. CarePal: Houses lets you set any task to repeat hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly. Set it once, and the app handles all future occurrences automatically — even updating every repetition if you ever need to edit one.
🔔 Smart Notifications — Up to 9 Options
For each task you can choose to be reminded 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day, 2 days, or 1 week before. That means you can get a heads-up days in advance for big jobs, or a quick reminder for routine tasks.
📋 Upcoming Tasks & Full History
The Upcoming tab shows everything scheduled in the future. The History tab is your complete maintenance record — every completed job with dates and costs, going back as far as you've used the app. This is invaluable when selling a home, speaking with a contractor, or proving you maintain your property well.
💰 Track Every Cent You Spend on Your Home
Every task can have a cost attached — and the Expenses view shows your total home spending broken down month by month. Knowing where your money goes is the first step to budgeting your home's upkeep properly.
